What we collect

When you create an account, place an order, save a vehicle, or submit a part request, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, vehicle details including VIN, and the content of your request. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) needed to run and secure the site.

How we use it

• To process orders, quotes and part requests and to communicate with you about them.
• To confirm fitment against your vehicle and VIN.
• To operate, secure and improve the site.
• To send marketing email only if you opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never stored on our systems.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business (payment processing, hosting, email, shipping carriers, and parts suppliers when sourcing a special-order part) and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can update or delete saved vehicles and addresses in your account, and you can ask us to delete your account by contacting parts@stareuroparts.com.
