What do you sell?: Parts for Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG vehicles only: genuine Mercedes-Benz parts, OE and OEM parts from the original suppliers, quality aftermarket parts, performance parts, maintenance kits and fluids.
How do I know a part fits my Mercedes?: Select your vehicle (year, model, trim and engine) or save it to My Garage. Product pages then show a fitment verdict from our catalog data. When fitment depends on something we can’t see — usually the engine or a production date — we’ll ask for your VIN rather than guess.
The part I need isn’t listed. Can you still get it?: Usually, yes. Use Find My Part, send your VIN (or year/model) and describe the part. Our parts team locates the correct option and comes back with availability and pricing.
What’s the difference between Genuine, OE, OEM and Aftermarket?: Genuine — sold in Mercedes-Benz packaging through the Mercedes-Benz parts network.
OE — made by the company that supplies Mercedes-Benz for that part, sold in the supplier’s own box.
OEM — made by a company that supplies Mercedes-Benz for other parts or platforms, to original specification.
Aftermarket — made by a manufacturer that isn’t an original supplier; we list only brands we’d fit ourselves.
Performance — parts designed to exceed original specification, typically for AMG or tuned vehicles.
Where do I find my VIN?: On the driver-side door jamb sticker, at the base of the windshield on the driver’s side, on your registration and insurance card, and in the Mercedes me app.
